The bedroom features a queen bed along with a sliding patio door that steps out onto a very narrow balcony that overlooks Lake Content.  This deck  is really just for air flow or to enjoy the sounds and beauty of nature.  The main bath offers a single stand up shower stall.  In the living room you’ll find television and Dvd player mounted above the gas burning fireplace.  There’s a queen size sofa sleeper and a love seat for relaxing.  The dining room seats 4 with additional seating available at the breakfast counter on stools.  There’s another sliding patio door that steps out onto the same kind of narrow deck, wide enough to stand out on only.  This side overlooks Big St. Germain Lake.  The modern kitchen boasts full size appliances, along with microwave and dishwasher.  There’s plenty of cookware and dishware too.  There is an exterior door off this area providing easy access to the kitchen/dining room while grilling out or enjoying the firepit!

Take one more flight of carpeted steps to the loft bedroom and the third bathroom.  Here you'll find another set of patio doors that open to Lake Content on one side of the loft, then turn to enjoy the view overlooking Big St. Germain through the contemporary angle windows.  The bed is queen size.  The loft is carpeted and could easily accommodate a pack n play or blow up mattress to keep little ones close by.  There is no bathtub in the home, rather each bathroom has the same layout with toilet, vanity and stand up shower.  There is a large flat screen TV on this level too.

If you're looking for a comfortable vacation home with a great view, then look no farther than Levihn's Lookout!  A channel runs past the house next door and connects the two lakes.  This channel is easily navigable even with a pontoon boat.  The home offers shared dock space with the owner next door, a canoe, paddle boat and a kayak.  A second private dock has now been recently added on the Lake Content side.
