The home is very conveniently located close to Eagle River just off highway 70.  It is tucked back towards the water providing a huge front yard for an afternoon of yard games and friendly competition!  There’s plenty of parking available with ample space for boat or snowmobile trailers. Then step around to the backside of the home, where just 50’ away, the water beckons you to come play!  Here you’ll find plenty of privacy as this home offers 350’ of shoreline.  The view is fabulous with Watersmeet Lake just off to the left and Eagle River off on your right.

There’s a large dock for your boat or ours.  There’s also plenty of water toys for your enjoyment as the home offers a canoe, kayaks, paddleboat and the newest craze to hit the northwoods, 2 stand up paddle boards!  If you need more toys, the owner's daughter owns and operates Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, just down Hwy 70 a few hundred feet!  See their website for cool details.  They even offer tours and trips on the water! https://wildwoodoutdooradventures.com/. Pontoon boats, speed boats and motors are readily available by rental from businesses just down the shoreline!  The depth at the end of the pier is about 4’ so very conducive to swimming, floating on an inner tube or raft and just soaking up the warm summer sunshine!  The home is on the inside of a bend, a very calm body of water, very little current, perfect for lounging!

From the dock at Grandpa J’s Lagoon, a meandering boat ride along Eagle River weaves its way through town giving opportunity to dock and enjoy lunch or dinner in town at one of the area’s finest restaurants, Riverstone!  Avoid the automobile congestion in town by taking advantage of one of the public docks along the river.  Then wander the quaint shops of Eagle River for a few hours and take a leisurely ride back to the cabin by boat!

The interior of the home has a very open, light and airy feel and features large picture windows.  The views are quite spectacular!  The large dining area is open to the kitchen and living room allowing plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal together.  There are large flat screen TVs found all over this home making it fun to gather for movies and some evening entertainment!

There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom on each floor of this split level home.  Two of the bedrooms offer king size beds!  Another offers two sets of bunk beds and the last features both a bunk bed and a new queen size bed, and again, there’s a television in each room!

In the high heat of summer, you’ll enjoy through the wall A/C units in both the main living room and the master king bedroom.  The lower level stays naturally cool as it is partially exposed.  It also offers a family room type area with a sofa sleeper and another table for cards, board games or puzzle building!  When a little heat is welcome, each level of the home features a gas burning fireplace for that added northwoods ambience!
