Gentle Breeze is a really special cabin!  Great care has been taken to update this place.  New windows have been added to the front of the cabin along with new carpeting.  The main bedroom now features a queen size bed while the second bedroom has a double/full size bed.  (We once had a loft twin bed in this room, but it has been removed to open up the space a bit.)  Both bedrooms have new mattresses and the bedding is fresh too!  If you happen to need additional sleeping space, we offer a sofa sleeper in the living room, with linens provided.

 

The kitchen and living room share a large open area, allowing everyone to be together.  The large kitchen table is perfect for gathering the family for an evening meal or enjoying one another's company with games or puzzles on a rainy afternoon!  Appliances are full size and nearly new.  In 2021 the kitchen was updated to feature new cabinetry and a double stainless sink!

 

Gentle Breeze is as its name implies....with west facing windows, there usually is a gentle breeze blowing in off the water.  The dock is only a few feet from the cabin.  Build a campfire, watch the sunset and enjoy keeping an eye on your fishing pole while you relax by the fire!  There's outstanding fishing right off the dock!

Gentle Breeze Rate is based on 4 people.  Sleeps 4-6.

June 25 - August 19
$275.00/Night or $1,600.00/Week

 

Includes: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed and one sofa sleeper

Policies:

 

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • Extra people over number shown add $15 per night or $75 per week.

  • 3 night minimum stay required

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Personal check, please.

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 4% convenience fee

  • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

  • Check-In Time 3:00 PM.

  • Memorial Day to Labor Day - Check-Out Time is 9:00 AM

  • Check-Out Time in all other seasons is 10:00 AM 

  • Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating

  • Sorry no pets, tents, RVs or fireworks permitted.

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly. 

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Sunday to Sunday!

  • Partial week rentals during the summer season will be considered ONLY if cabin is vacant 21 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.

Bayview Resort is located just off Highway 70 on South Bay Road in St. Germain.

 

Cabin # 5 Gentle Breeze - 7510 Sunset Shores Lane (Turn in to the resort off South Bay Road)

 

Parking for cabin # 5 is designated along the split rail fence.  Access the cabin using the steps next to Lodge home # 6.  Each cabin has two (2) parking spaces with additional trailer parking available.

Resort Amenities

 

  • Over 400 feet of sandy waterfront with a level approach to the water from the 2-bedroom cottages, gradual decline for Cottage 6

  • Please note that TV viewing from the cabins will require a streaming app

  • A 14 foot aluminum row boat with each cottage rental or bring your own boat

  • 2021 Four new docks, (each cottage gets a side) with an area reserved for safe swimming.

  • Level play area with Rainbow Systems playground equipment

  • Pontoon boats, motors, jet skis or deck boat rentals nearby.  Daily or Weekly

  • Located just moments from the St. Germain paved, off road bicycle trail

  • Row boats and kayaks for guest use

  • Each cabin provides 2 adult life vests and 2 child's vests, but recommended you bring a proper fitted vest for each child

  • Charcoal grill, picnic table & outdoor chairs

  • Screened fish cleaning house with lights and running water

  • Private Lakeside Campfire pit for each cabin ( firewood is not provided )

  • New Swim Raft in 2019

  • Sand bottom swimming with area groomed periodically weekly.
