Whispering Waters is well suited for an average size family.  Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen size beds with new mattresses.  Each offers a dresser, nightstand  and clothing rod.

 

The kitchen had a facelift in 2022 with new cabinetry and is fully equipped with full size appliances and plenty of storage space that features a pine jelly cabinet for additional space.  The kitchen table seats six.

 

The living room offers a sofa sleeper should you need the additional sleeping space, along with a smart screen TV and additional seating.  Please note that TV viewing will require a streaming app.  The cabin has has been updated to include new carpeting and new stove and refrigerator!

As with all of the Bayview Resort cabins, those fabulous lakeside windows with that sprawling lake view just invites nature right inside with you!   The docks are shared at Bayview Resort. (Each cabin gets it's own side of a dock).  Every cabin comes with use of one of our rowboats, or bring your own boat, we have plenty of space available!

 

Doesn't a name like Whispering Waters all but guarantee your week at the lake will leave you feeling refreshed and energized?

Whispering Waters Rate is based on 4 people.  Sleeps 4-6.

 

Includes: 2 Queen Beds and one sofa sleeper

Policies:

 

  • 25% deposit required with reservation. All rates subject to state & local tax.

  • Extra people over number shown add $15 per night or $75 per week.

  • 3 night minimum stay required

  • PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Personal check, please.

  • Credit cards accepted for deposits. Credit cards used for paying the balance of your bill will be assessed a 4% convenience fee

  • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

  • Check-In Time 3:00 PM.

  • Memorial Day to Labor Day - Check-Out Time is 9:00 AM

  • Check-Out Time in all other seasons is 10:00 AM 

  • Life vests & a cushion are required if you plan to go boating

  • Sorry no pets, tents, RVs or fireworks permitted.

  • Smoking is permitted ONLY outside the home

  • We do not provide towels, toilet paper/toiletries, charcoal, garbage bags and paper products. Please plan accordingly. 

  • Prime Time Summer rentals available weekly only from Sunday to Sunday!

  • Partial week rentals during the summer season will be considered ONLY if cabin is vacant 21 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary the deposit will be refunded (minus a $100 handling fee) ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN.

Bayview Resort is located just off Highway 70 on South Bay Road in St. Germain.

 

Cabin # 4 Whispering Waters - 7514 Sunset Shores Lane (Turn in to the resort off South Bay Road)

 

Parking is labeled for cabin # 4 along the split rail fence.  Take the steps between cabins # 4 & # 6 to access.  Each cabin has two (2) parking spaces with additional trailer parking available.

Resort Amenities

 

  • Over 400 feet of sandy waterfront with a level approach to the water from the 2-bedroom cottages, gradual decline for Cottage 6

  • A 14 foot aluminum row boat with each cottage rental or bring your own boat

  • 2021 Four new docks, (each cottage gets a side) with an area reserved for safe swimming.

  • Please note that TV viewing from the cabins will require a streaming app

  • Level play area with Rainbow Systems playground equipment

  • Pontoon boats, motors, jet skis or deck boat rentals nearby.  Daily or Weekly

  • Located just moments from the St. Germain paved, off road bicycle trail

  • Row boats and kayaks for guest use

  • Each cabin provides 2 adult life vests and 2 child's vests, but recommended you bring a proper fitted vest for each child

  • Charcoal grill, picnic table & outdoor chairs

  • Screened fish cleaning house with lights and running water

  • Private Lakeside Campfire pit for each cabin ( firewood is not provided )

  • New Swim Raft in 2019

  • Sand bottom swimming with area groomed periodically weekly.
