The long winding driveway leads you up to this serenely secluded home in the woods. A few steps up onto the large porch and you’re inside a huge sunroom with lots of space for coats, fishing gear, snowmobile gear, cross country skis, the coolers, or just a room to get away to read a book or do a puzzle! Step through the front door into the great room, and you’re met by the warmth of log siding interior finish…oversized leather furniture, the wood burning fireplace complete with a moose mount, hickory dining room set that seats 8… 4,000 sq. feet all lavishly decorated in the north woods style. Sliding patio doors lead you out to a large deck lakeside complete with furnishings for outdoor dining and grilling. You’ll feel right at home the minute you set foot inside this lodge.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, has plenty of cabinet space, granite countertops, microwave and even a dishwasher. There’s a first floor utility room with washer & dryer and a full size bathroom on this level. At the end of the hallway you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a set of log bunk beds, twin over full and the other with a queen size bed.

A log staircase leads up to a loft with full size futon and the master suite where you’ll find a king size bed and the master bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub. Bath towels are provided for your convenience.

The lower level features a rec room complete with wet bar, air hockey and a gas fireplace. Here you’ll find two more bedrooms as well as a third full bath. One bedroom comes with a queen size bed and the other with two twin size beds.

Sliding patio doors allow access to an outdoor patio and to the path that leads down to the water. The home is set on a hill, but steps that lead down through the woods will ease your way. Once lakeside, you’ll find plenty of dock space for boats, wave runners, pontoon boat or paddleboat. The boat launch is just a few miles down the road. Our pier has a few steps that lead into the water. Take a refreshing swim and enjoy the sandy bottom or take a ride to one of the islands for a day on the beach.

After a full day of play, build a bonfire in one of two pits, and watch the stars come out. You won’t believe how bright the sky can look when you’re out in the middle of nowhere!

Little St. Germain Lake offers a full array of entertainment options. Whether your interests include fishing, water skiing or jet skiing….you’ll find almost 1000 acres of water to enjoy. And for the winter enthusiasts, you’ll find Eagle View Lodge located right in the heart of a snowmobile trail system that leads to Boulder Junction, Sayner, Eagle River, Sugar Camp or Minocqua! Down hill skiing is located about one hour north in Michigan.
