The lower level of this home features two additional bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other with a set of sturdy bunk beds, twin size up top and a full size mattress on the bottom. There's also a second full bathroom on this level.

Then lounge in the huge rec room with sofa and loveseat in front of a gas fireplace. There's a table and chairs for games and television watching. Sliding patio doors lead to a level walkout to a poured patio, the backyard fire pit and to the water's edge.
