The first floor of the home features a large rec room complete with a twin size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and chair with a large television set. Guests have access to the two car garage off the rec room. The garage is a terrific convenience for storing sleds, top carriers, bikes and coolers. There's also a large foyer on this level and a bathroom with a shower stall.

A short staircase leads to the main level of the home where you'll discover three comfortable bedrooms and a full bath with tub. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher is open to the dining room with a large table and seating for six. The living room features a full size log futon and plenty of additional seating area. French doors lead out onto a large deck with benches and a picnic table for outdoor living.

This home offers lots of room for family gatherings. In the summer, the lake is just a short walk across the road and down the blacktop drive. A boat slip has been provided for guests who wish to bring their own boat. Don't own a boat? Not a problem ... Lynn Ann's Campground is located just up the shoreline and rents boats, motors, pontoons, sailboats, canoes and just about anything else that floats.

If you're looking for a winter getaway, this vacation home is located right on the trail system! A short ride across Big St. Germain Lake and you'll find some of the area's finest dining and Fibber's Bar & Grill offers a great place to catch all of the big games. Then jump back on your sleds and discover miles and miles of the best groomed trails in the Northwoods!
